Rage is an award-winning anger management programs for young people, which focus on teaching healthy ways of processing anger and other difficult emotions.
Topics Include:
- Recognising the signs of anger
- Knowing your own triggers
- Self-reflection on emotional regulation and coping styles
- Learning to process anger differently
- Communication styles, i.e. assertiveness
- Self-care
