Rage is an award-winning anger management program for young people, which focuses on teaching healthy ways of processing anger and other difficult emotions.

Topics include:

  • Recognising the signs of anger
  • Knowing your own triggers
  • Self-reflection on emotional regulation and coping styles
  • Learning to process anger differently
  • Communication styles ie assertiveness
  • Self-care
