Managing the Bull focuses on understanding bullying and the effect it can have, and building resilience in those who may be experiencing bullying.

Topics Include:

  • Building a support network
  • Realising personal strengths and resilience
  • Communication styles ie assertiveness
  • Combating aggression without aggression
  • Self care
