Strength (For Boys)

The Strength program is designed to build resilience, identity and self worth for teenage boys.

Activities aim to be interactive and experiential.

Topics include:

  • Support Networks
  • Realising personal strengths
  • Communication styles ie assertiveness
  • Building a positive identity
  • Self care


  • Up to 8 students per session
  • For boys only
  • 1 Hr session
